Ronald M. Glick, DO

Dr. Ronald Glick graduated from the University of Arizona in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in chemistry, psychology, physics, and math. He had a class ranking of #1. He is a graduate of the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Des Moines, IA. He graduated in 1983 with his Doctor of Osteopathy degree, graduating with honors. He is a member of the Sigma Phi National Osteopathic Honor Fraternity.

Dr. Glick did a rotating internship at Phoenix General Hospital. His three-year post-graduate training in dermatology was also in Phoeinx, Arizona. He opened his solo dermatology practice in Mesa, AZ in September, 1988. Dr. Glick obtained his dermatology board certification in November, 1991. In addition to dermatology, Dr. Glick is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Glick has privileges at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ.

Dr. Glick is a clinical professor for Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Phoenix, AZ; Midwestern University, Glendale, AZ; Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, Scottsdale, AZ; and A.T. Still University, Mesa, AZ. 

Dr. Glick holds professional memberships in the American Osteopathic Assn., Arizona Osteopathic Assn., American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Medical Assn., American Cancer Society, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, American Society for MOHS Surgery, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. 

Dr. Glick has been honored by his peers with the “Top Doc” designation with Phoenix Magazine since 2005. He is on advisory boards for numerous pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Glick is also a speaker for the National Speakers Bureau.

Mark B. Weaver, PA-C

Mark Weaver, MPAP, PA-C, is a board certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing Dermatology for 10+ years. With a deep passion for dermatology. He grew up in northern Utah and worked as a phlebotomist during his undergraduate college years, planning on a career in medicine. Unexpected opportunities came his way, however, and led him to earn his MBA degree and launch into a successful business career. Mark’s desire for a life in medicine didn’t go away, however, and with his young family on board for the adventure, he made the career switch. He graduated from Franklin Pearce University in New Hampshire.

Mark has always been fascinated by the skin and how its health can deeply impact a person’s daily life. From the first day of his dermatology rotation he knew he wanted to spend the rest of his career in the field. 

Mark met and married his wife in Phoenix and they enjoy living in the Valley of the Sun. In their free time, they love traveling with their three daughters.

Erin L. Seymour, PA-C

Erin Seymour, MPAP, PA-C, is a Certified Physician Assistant born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology and a minor in Chemistry. Erin completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Practice at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. She has been practicing in dermatology for over 15 years since she graduated in 2010. Erin enjoys all aspects of dermatology including pediatric dermatology, medical and surgical dermatology, as well as cosmetic dermatology. She is extremely dedicated to her patients, and loves spending time with, and getting to know, each one of them. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Natalia Mahoney, PA-C

Natalia Mahoney, PA-C, is a Certified Physician Assistant. Originally from Poland, she grew up in Anthem, Arizona, Natalia obtained her Bachelor's in Health Sciences from Arizona State University and Master's Degree at A.T.Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine. When studying her undergraduate program, Natalia was given the opportunity to work at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. While completing her clinical hours for her Physician Assistant Program, she was able to follow and learn from Dr. Ronald Glick, and has been practicing dermatology since.


Natalia is married and has two boys, Archer and Atticus. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
